New sessions of Tai Chi classes starting this month in Arlington & Newton

Jane Arsham teaches Tai Chi classes tailored to people living with Parkinson's disease, Dystonia, Multiple Sclerosis, and other movement disorders. Two class sessions begin next month in Arlington and Newton. Caregivers are welcome and are encouraged to attend the classes at no charge, as long as there is space available.

Thanks to Tami Rork D'Angelis, PT, DPT, GCS, Senior Physical Therapist at the Center for Neurorehabilitation at Boston University Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, we now have a video from the Wednesday class – Hear what they have to say below!

  • The Newton class takes place at Temple Reyim at 1860 Washington Street. Classes take place on Mondays from 1:00 to 2:00pm beginning July 14th.
  • The Arlington class takes place at the Arlington Center at 369 Massachusetts Avenue. Classes take place on Wednesdays from 11:30am to 12:30pm beginning July 16th.
