New sessions of Tai Chi classes beginning in Arlington and Newton


Jane Arsham teaches Tai Chi classes tailored to people living with Parkinson's disease, Dystonia, Multiple Sclerosis, and other movement disorders. Two eight-week class sessions begin the week of July 9th in both Arlington and Newton. Classes are $96 per eight-week session. Caregivers are welcome and are encouraged to attend the classes at no charge.

  • The Arlington class takes place at the Arlington Center at 369 Massachusetts Avenue. Classes take place on Wednesdays from 11:30am to 12:30pm beginning July 11th.
  • The Newton class takes place at Temple Reyim at 1860 Washington Street. Classes take place on Mondays from 1:00 to 2:00pm.
