New Community Wellness Exercise Programs beginning February 2014 in Watertown, MA
The Community Wellness Exercise Program for people with Parkinson's disease will be starting Tuesday, February 4, 2014.
This program is a collaborative program between Community Rehab Care and Boston University Center for Neurorehabilitation to assist those living with Parkinson's Disease to improve overall day-to-day function and quality of life through fun exercise. Under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist participants will learn specific exercises to improve walking, flexibility, balance, and endurance in order to manage their health more effectively.

Class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks.
Session A – February 4th to March 13th, 2014; 2-3:30pm
Session B – February 4th to March 13th, 2014; 6-7:30pm
$249 per session
