New Community Wellness Exercise Program beginning March 24, 2014 in Wenham, MA


A Community Wellness Exercise Program for people with Parkinson's disease will be starting Monday, March 24, 2014 at Gordon College Center for Balance, Mobility, and Wellness in Wenham, MA.

These programs assist those living with Parkinson's Disease to improve overall day-to-day function and quality of life through fun exercise. Under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist participants will learn specific exercises to improve walking, flexibility, balance, and endurance in order to manage their health more effectively.
