Community Wellness Exercise Program beginning April 15th in Salem, NH

A Community Wellness Exercise Program for people with Parkinson's disease will be starting Tuesday, April 15, 2014..

This program is a collaborative program between Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital and Boston University Center for Neurorehabilitation to assist those living with Parkinson's Disease to improve overall day-to-day function and quality of life through fun exercise. Under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist participants will learn specific exercises to improve walking, flexibility, balance, and endurance in order to manage their health more effectively.
