The Parkinson Support Network of Cape Cod invites you to the Parkinson's Disease Family Caregiver Series. This series will take place on Wednesday evenings, May 23rd, May 30th, and June 6th from 4:00 to 7:00pm at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod.
With presentations from doctors, social workers, and rehabilitation specialists, this program will provide information and resources to assist caregivers. For more information, please click here.
