Individuals living with Parkinson's disease, Dystonia, Essential Tremor, Multiple Sclerosis, and other movement disorders, their loved ones, and caregivers are invited to a relaxing retreat at Glastonbury Abbey. The day includes interfaith worship, group exercises, chair massage, therapeutic movement to music, meditation, stretching exercises, and more.
