Care for Caregivers 10.22.11

Care for Caregivers is an interfaith spiritual retreat for individuals who care for someone with a chronic condition. This unique workshop lasts from 9:30am to 3:30pm and includes a variety of activities taylored to caregivers. The day will include large and small group exercises and discussion, gentle yoga and stretching, chair massage, a Resource Room stocked with caregiver materials, lunch, and more! Cost is $50.
