Enjoy a day of classes that will get you and your creativity flowing. Specifically designed for people living with Parkinson’s, each workshop provides an opportunity to learn, adapt, express, focus, stretch mind & body and relax among friends. Workshops include yoga, tai chi, dance, and creative writing.
