Why do you volunteer for the APDA MA Chapter? I began working with the Parkinson’s community during college and have found everyone to be extremely supportive and involved. I am happy the APDA MA Chapter has given me the chance to contribute to such a great cause. When did you first join the Board? I first began working with the APDA MA Chapter and the Information & Referral Center in 2009, as a research assistant at Boston University. After completing my degree in 2011, I returned to BU and joined the Board as an Advisor. I became a Member at Large this year. Fun Facts I spent half my senior year of college studying in Perugia, Italy. What do you want to see the APDA MA Chapter accomplish over the next year? I would like to see more people take an active volunteering role in Chapter events.
