Boston, MA: Zumba Gold
The Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is offering a new session of Zumba Gold at the Tanger BeWell Center in Boston, MA. This ten-week class will take place on Mondays from 6:30 to 7:15pm starting September 16th. Zumba is an energetic and fun form of dance that incorporates Latin and international rhythms. The class has been modified to help improve gait, coordinator, and mobility for people with Parkinson's disease. It is designed for those who are able to stand for the 45-minute program.
