Featuring over 250 delicious family recipes from around New England,  these cookbooks make great treats for friends, family, or yourself. Feel good about eating well as 100% of the proceeds go to the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association. A special thank you to our Cookbook Committee: Elaine Proulx, Kris Stapleton, and Denyse Turpin for their generous time, effort, and support. Enjoy!

“To Ease the Burden… To Find the Cure.”

***** Elaine Proulx, along with Denyse Turpin, and Kris Stapleton (Committee Chairperson), compiled and edited our wonderful APDA/MA Cookbook “Our Best Recipes”.  Elaine appeared twice on the radio show WCCM 1110 AM’s “The Taste of the Merrimack Valley” with host Bruce Arnold to promote the cookbook. Bruce Arnold, the radio show’s host for the past forty years, invited Elaine to be on the show last month to read recipes from the cookbook and to talk about the APDA/MA and Parkinson’s Disease in general.

If you missed her, or would like to hear her again, please go to their website at www.1110wccmam.com and click on “Click Here To Listen Live” at the top of the web page and then select your media type below that or if you are in or close to the Merrimack Valley.

Thank You!
