About the groups:
-
Baby Boomers
Members of this support group are in their 40’s, 50’s and early 60’s.
The group started in 2007. We have almost an equal number of men and women. We usually have 15 to 20 people at each meeting. We share our experiences of living with PD, working, family life, and recreation. We are physically active, articulate, vibrant and vocal individuals. Our lives are challenged, but not compromised.
We laugh a lot. We cry a little. We are open and candid. We share. We care. We complain. We are grateful. We are hopeful. We respect confidentiality within our group. We are a comfortable group to join and we have new members at almost every meeting.

Having met for the first time in March of 2010. This group meets monthly at the same time of the Baby Boomers Support Group, but in a separate room.
